Are you Eligible for NDIS Funding?

Take our eligibility quiz to find out if you can receive NDIS funding & support.

Are you aged between 1 and 65??

If you fall between the age range of 9 and 65, Our Staff is available to assist you as NDIS, one of our local area coordinators is available to assist you with navigating the NDIS, we are here to guide you through the application process and link you with a range of government and community supports.

For families with children below the age of 9, an early childhood partner can offer support even before the application phase. They will assess the needs of young children and inform families about whether the NDIS is a suitable avenue of support for your child.

Are you an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or protected Special Category Visa holder?

To become a participant of the NDIS you should either be an Australian citizen, or hold one of two visa types which allow you to live in Australia:

A permanent residency visa or;
A protected special category visa - which is available for some citizens of New Zealand.

We understand that navigating immigration requirements can be complex. At Happy Breeze, we’re here to provide guidance and support as you explore your eligibility for the NDIS.

Do you live in Australia?

As a beneficiary of NDIS funding you would need to live the majority of your time within Australia, as well as meeting the citizenship or visa criteria outlined in the previous question.

We recognise that you may have questions about how holidays or time outside of the country might impact your eligibility. At Happy Breeze, we’re here to provide guidance and support as you navigate the NDIS requirements in a way that best serves your needs.

Do you have a disability caused by a permanent impairment?

To be eligible for NDIS you must be living with a disability caused by a permanent or significant impairment. There are a number of conditions that may qualify a person for disability status, but no specific diagnosis is necessary.

We can help you navigate the complexities of your NDIS application and to guide you through the process of gathering the necessary information. Our aim is to ensure that you receive the support you require for your unique circumstances.

Do you usually need disability-specific supports to complete daily life activities?

The NDIS will evaluate whether you face restrictions, limitations, impairments, or obstacles in accessing the ordinary aspects of daily life or participating in society due to an illness or disability that you are living with.

At Happy Breeze, we can help you compile the necessary evidence to clarify your distinct needs and identify the type of support that will empower you in your daily activities.

Do you need some supports now to reduce your future need for support?

If you find yourself in need of supports today to pave the way for greater independence in the future, you may qualify for NDIS funding.

At Happy Breeze, we understand that each individual’s circumstances are unique. We can help you to identify the types of supports that can make a difference now and contribute to a future with reduced supports.

Do you need some supports now for your family to build their skills to help you?

You may be eligible if you require some supports in the present to enable your family to build skills to help you in the future.

At Happy Breeze, we understand that family members are often eager to provide support in any way they can. It’s completely normal for some support to be required while family members gain the knowledge and experience they will need to support you effectively in the future.

You may be eligible!

Good news! Your future begins today. At Happy Breeze, we are committed to being your compass on your journey to greater independence and autonomy. We’ll be here every step of the way as you work towards achieving your goals.

Sorry...

You may not meet the eligibility criteria for NDIS funding. Other options are available.
